At Evoke, we keep things straightforward—premium apparel delivered reliably across the U.S. and Canada with clear tracking and hassle-free return options. Below is everything you need to know about shipping rates, delivery timelines, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. After processing, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–6 business days, giving an estimated delivery window of 3–10 business days total. Canadian delivery times vary slightly by destination but are generally comparable. Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment facility to your door.

Shipping Rates
U.S. orders under $85 ship at a flat rate of $10. U.S. orders $85+ and Canadian orders $150+ ship free. Rates for smaller Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Evoke gear. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags, and include proof of purchase. Items marked “FINAL SALE” or similar are not returnable.
